Chef & Shuffle take you on a personal journey creating balanced exercise habits, and a simple, non-restrictive approach to food – with a professional chef’s experience to show you how to prepare and cook simple meals that are healthy & delicious, and perfect for a busy lifestyle.​

​We work at improving overall wellbeing through diet and exercise, by finding a level and commitment that you are not only comfortable with but actually enjoy.​

How does it work?​

Our hybrid approach gives you the freedom to pick and choose the areas of your health and wellbeing that need attention or guidance.

Each week, we run a series of small-group Clubs, each focused on a core pillar of good health. Led by fully qualified professionals, these sessions provide personalised support in a fun, goal-driven environment to help you reach your goals.

Our nutrition coaching is centred around simple, healthy dishes tailored to your personal preferences—so you can enjoy the food you love without feeling restricted. We explore different dietary approaches and what the body needs to thrive, giving you the knowledge and confidence to make smarter food choices.
