Whatever your requirements, there’s a program to suit. Each Club is small, friendly, and designed to help you enjoy the process, whether you want to move more, gain strength or cook nutritionally balanced food with confidence.
RUN CLUB- We’re designed to move
Starting from the Fish Ponds in Keston (Bromley) Run Club consists of a 10-min warm up followed by a 30 ~ 40-min conversational jog through the woods. (Exact time depends on the groups overall fitness)
Running at an easier, social pace helps burn fat, build endurance & cardiovascular health, and is a great opportunity to socialise as a group.
There are different sessions to choose from depending on your fitness.
FIT CLUB- Outdoor Resistence Training
Fit Club, based in a secluded woodland clearing close to the Keston Fish Ponds (Bromley). For those of you that want an option to train in the fresh air while encouraging each other, rather than be in the gym.
Sessions are circuit-based using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. Although working out as a group, each exercise can be tailored to your specific strengths, so all levels of fitness are welcome. You can train as hard or as easy as you want or even rehabilitate from an injury.
COOKS CLUB- Making tasty meals healthy
There’s an abundance of nutritional guidance, but very little on how to create nutritionally balanced dishes. Chef & Shuffle have developed a Zoom based program linking to a different nutritional principle into each week.
Recipes and instructions are sent in advance, then during a weekly live stream, we cook fabulous food together, building confidence and gaining the skills and knowledge to make mealtimes easy.
During the sessions there’s the opportunity to ask any questions you may have- whether it’s something general or more specific to you.
As well as the Cooks Club dishes, you’ll receive weekly advice on simple hacks, snacks, and healthy facts to help keep you on track.
